一度に大量の人間を獣戦士へと改造する実験都市に送り込まれたジンが、シベールという女性と出会うお話。
シベールはメスで育ったものの、地球で拾われた絵本(『幸福な王子』)を読んだことをきっかけにメスへの反抗心を募らせていたようです。フラッシュマンを実験都市へと呼び寄せ、メスの計画を止めようとしていたんですね。
獣戦士にされようとしていた人々を助けた後爆散してしまうのは哀しい結末でしたが、感銘を受けた絵本が『幸福な王子』じゃあな……めっちゃ自己犠牲ストーリー。
シベールの生い立ちやメスで育った経緯など細かい点はわからないことが多かったのですが、シベールが美しいからまあいっか、と思って観てました。1話限りの登場なのは少しもったいないキャラクターだったかなぁと思います。

Mess was trying to transform people into Beast Warriors. Jin was brought by Sibelle to the city where the experiment took place.
Sibelle grew up under Mess, but after she read a picture book ("The Happy Prince") she didn't like Mess's actions. She called the Flashmen to the experimental city and wanted to stop Mess's horrific experiments.
It was sad that Sibelle died after helping people. She was influenced by "The Happy Prince" (a story of self-sacrifice), so she probably did that ...
I didn't know much about Sibelle, but she was so beautiful that everything was OK. I felt sorry that she was only mentioned in one episode.
