フラッシュマンから受けた攻撃のエネルギーを吸収し、強化される獣戦士ザ・ダピラスが出現。登場時は弱いのであっさりと倒してしまうのですが、ジンはあまりに手ごたえがないことを訝しがっていました。対してダイは「考え過ぎだ」と楽観的。ジンとダイの性格の違いがわかりやすく出ているシーンでした。
ジンは負傷しているにもかかわらず、ダピラスを倒した現場へ一人で様子を見に行き、結果敵の集中攻撃を受け大変な目に遭うことになるのですが……なんで！そういうときに！！一人で行くの！！！今までも一人で突っ走ってピンチになったことたくさんあったでしょうに！！
ダピラスは早々に巨大化されていましたが、ジンが不在の間はフラッシュキングに合体して必殺技を出すことができず。スーパーコズモフラッシュは五人そろって初めて出せる技らしいです。そうだったんだ……。
戦いの後、ジンとダイが互いに自分の行動を謝っているシーンは、しっかり話ができていい関係なんだなぁっていうのが伝わってきてほっこりです。他の三人も混ざってわちゃわちゃしているのを見ると、血のつながりはないけれど兄弟っぽい雰囲気を感じました😊
